This video purports to show how Iran is helping foreign fighters get to ISIS jihad. Passports are foreigners who supposedly fled after rebels pushed ISIS out of area. Also some personal pictures. A few of which look completely secular and nearly European or Ethnic Russian/Slav.
Passports are from Kazakhstan mostly and show the path of travel through Iran to Turkey. One traveling through Iran, to Egypt and then on to Turkey. One of the more interesting pictures is a young man with reddish hair and blue eyes dressed in a long flowing white Arab headdress, bare chested (showing he is incredibly white) with a very large necklace hanging down his chest, posed somewhat provocatively, but possibly trying to imitate the languid pose of a sheikh he must have seen once.
Also, a very conservative looking young woman from Kazakhstan who's travel followed same path as the men. Her name did not appear to be the same as the male passports, but it's hard to say if she was simply somebody's wife or had arrived of her own accord.
